Virtual Staging Turnaround Time Policy

Stuccco.com operates, receives, completes and processes revisions for virtual staging orders 365 days a year. Live, human chat and phone support is available from 9am-6pm EST Monday-Sunday. If an order is placed late at night or early in the morning (e.g. between 10pm and 7am EST), it may not be reviewed and assigned to a designer until we resume work at 8am EST the following day, which is when the order's timer will begin.

Virtual Staging Revision and Refund Policy

If you want your virtually staged photos to be revised, send us a message at the bottom of your virtual staging order within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly revise your virtually staged photos free of charge until you are completely happy.

If you want a refund, you can request a full refund by sending us a message at the bottom of the virtual staging order that you want refunded. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your order being completed.

If you have published your virtually staged photos publicly (e.g. on the MLS, on social media, via printed marketing materials, etc.), your order is no longer eligible for a revision or refund.
